Just wanted to say thank you to Chris Gonsalves USPL president for the honor of being the first recipient of the Unionville Slow Pitch League - Trevor Day Memorial - Man of the Year Award. This is an award to honor the memory of our good friend Trevor Day. Trevor was the ultimate teammate and friend. The kind of guy that would go far above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and included. He balanced being competitive on the field with being a great person off of it with ease. It’s a great honor to have my name included on his award and I’ll continue to try and carry his memory and spirit forward in our league.
