As General Manager, you will provide leadership in advancing the cooperative’s mission and supporting the priorities set by the Board of Directors. You will oversee daily operations to ensure the co-op remains efficient, financially sound, and responsive to the needs of its members and community. You will ensure proper accounting of the co-op’s business transactions; help prepare budgets, control expenses and present monthly reports
Working closely with the Board, you will support informed decision-making through accurate reporting, financial oversight, and operational guidance. You will also lead, support, and motivate staff while fostering strong relationships with members and upholding the values of the cooperative movement.
