On September 30th, members of the GSE team proudly wore orange shirts in recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. It was a simple yet meaningful way for us to acknowledge an important day of reflection, learning, and awareness.

Our GSE team members were proud to participate in this year's Railway City Road Race. Every step helped support Big Brothers Big Sisters of St. Thomas-Elgin and its local youth mentoring programs. Thank you to the GSE Health & Wellness Committee for promoting the event and encouraging our team members to participate and get active while supporting a great community event.

What a day! Our annual Graham Scott Enns Staff Fun Day was filled with laughs, teamwork, and a little friendly competition. A special thank you to the Partners at GSE for another fantastic day, and to Cara and the team at Outback Team Building for an incredible Jewel Heist Escape Room experience. Whether we were solving clues, sharing ideas, or racing against the clock, the GSE team had a blast working together and strengthening the connections that make our workplace so great.

What a great day at our Managers’ Retreat held at Pearce Williams Summer Camp & Retreat Facility! We enjoyed an engaging presentation on the fundamentals of leadership, communication, management and teamwork, followed by fun team-building games that brought everyone together. We left feeling connected, inspired and ready to place what we learned into action!

Our annual Graham Scott Enns LLP Family BBQ was held at Springwater Conservation Area this past Friday. From games and friendly competition to incredible food provided by Kathy's Catering, the evening was filled with laughter, connection, and good memories that will last for years to come.

On August 20, staff from Graham Scott Enns teamed up with United Way Elgin Middlesex and Ignite Youth Centre to help clean and refresh both the inside and outside of our youth centre in St. Thomas.

Together, we worked to create a safe and welcoming space for young people as they head into the upcoming school year. It was inspiring to see members of our community come together with a shared goal: providing youth with a place where they can relax, feel comfortable, and be themselves.

By investing in spaces that support our youth, we're not only helping build a brighter future for them, we're also reminded of the positive impact that comes from collaboration and community. Seeing our collective efforts make a real difference is truly rewarding!

Every student deserves a strong start to the school year. Through the Best First Day School Drive, which is run in partnership by the United Way Elgin Middlesex and the Thames Valley Education Foundation, GSE is helping to provide school supplies to students in need and making a difference in our community.
