Help us celebrate a major milestone! 🥳 It has been almost two years since Terri Stewart joined our team, and we couldn't be more grateful for the incredible impact she makes every day.

This week, we gathered for a wonderful lunch to celebrate a very special milestone. Back in February, Terri was honored with the IG Wealth Management Michael Buhr Region Builder Award! This award recognizes individuals who bring leadership, collaboration, positivity, and a culture-building spirit to Winnipeg North—and Terri embodies all of that and more.

As our Wealth Management Assistant, she is the steady force behind our team, always leading with kindness, sharp organization, and a genuine dedication to helping our clients thrive.

Proud parent moment! My youngest son, Trey, is graduating and heading off to Laurier this August to pursue a business management degree—and suit up for the Golden Hawks football team. We’re also thrilled to welcome him to IG Wealth Management as a summer student intern. Wishing Trey all the best as he takes on these exciting new adventures—on the field, in the classroom, and in the world of wealth management. Congratulations, Trey and the graduating class of 2026!

We celebrated National Indigenous People's Day together, recognizing the rich cultures and contributions of Indigenous communities across Canada. It was a beautiful evening to watch football in Winnipeg, and I’m especially proud to have been selected to take part in the Canadian flag presentation at the start of the game—alongside my son and his fiancée. June is National Indigenous History Month, a time to honour the rich cultures, histories and contributions of First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples across Canada. As we reflect on this heritage, we also look ahead to reconciliation through continued learning and action, led by our reconciliACTION Business Resource Group, our Reconciliation Action Plan and sustainability strategy. Through this work, we aim to support the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s Calls to Action and strengthen relationships with Indigenous communities. Together, we can help create a meaningful, long-term impact.

What an incredible day at the IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s in Selkirk! 💙 A heartfelt thank you to Samantha Holland and the Alzheimer Society team, along with all the dedicated volunteers who made this event so special. Huge appreciation to Aaron Hoium of No Frills for fueling us with a fantastic kick-off BBQ!

It was inspiring to see the North Winnipeg Regional IG team and so many community members come together for a cause that touches so many of our lives. Every step we took helps fund vital research and resources for families impacted by Alzheimer’s in Winnipeg and beyond.

Together, we’re making memories matter and supporting hope for the future. Thank you to everyone who walked, donated, and cheered us on!

What an incredible week for the Naherney & Knight team in Selkirk! We had the privilege of volunteering at the Selkirk Rotary 32nd Annual Lobster Fest Dinner, where 527 guests came together to support our community. We were proud to sponsor the VIP table and see all proceeds go toward amazing local initiatives like the Gaynor Family Regional Library expansion, the rejuvenation of The Gary Theatre, and the YFC center rebuild.

We also had the honour of speaking with new hires at Manitoba Hydro about the importance of building long-term wealth and financial well-being. Giving back isn’t just about donations—it’s about sharing our time, knowledge, and passion to help our community thrive.
