Dear Small Business Owners. Today is the15th of the month. Do you have employees? Did you know that your payroll tax is due today? In Canada, late penalties for payroll apply to both late remittances (payments) and late information returns (like T4 or T4A slips). You must also provide the T4/T4A slips to your employees on or before February 28 of the following year. Who is handling your bookkeeping?
