Reflecting on a journey of growth as we conclude our final workshop with the incredible team at Archer LLP. Today's focus was on "Mentoring: Mastering the Art of Mentoring Others" – our eighth and final workshop that began in May 2023.

As we gear up for a busy season, the timing couldn't be more perfect to delve into the crucial topic of mentoring. The demands on today's leaders are greater than ever, and as organizations evolve rapidly, fostering employee growth becomes paramount. Workplace mentoring is a key tool for enhancing on-the-job performance and nurturing tomorrow's leaders.

In this workshop, participants explored:

✔ Understanding the importance of mentoring others within the firm
✔ Distinguishing between the roles of a mentor and mentee
✔ Reviewing how to frame a mentoring relationship for long-term success
✔ Discovering powerful questions to ask to foster a stronger mentoring relationship
