The Sydney Downtown Development Association strives to promote retail and commercial activity; assist with beautification, improvement and maintenance of property; and to promote and coordinate events within the district. Our members are those who either own a commercially assessed property within our boundaries or rent a commercial space within those buildings. They pay a levy on their property t

axes, which is collected by the CBRM, then provided in 12 equal disbursements to SDDA to carry out its mandate.
