Good afternoon basketball families,

Just a reminder, Glendale will be using the gym on May 26th, so we have moved our last day to June 2nd. Therefore we will have 2 weeks left: May 19th and June 2nd!

We also wanted to let everyone know we will be at Turtlefest this year! We hope you stop by to see us, play some basketball, win some prizes and learn more about what's coming up for Basketball Tillsonburg!

SPRING LEAGUE HOUSEKEEPING NOTES
We're looking forward to seeing everyone back in the gym on Tuesday! We had a great first session and appreciate everyone's patience as we take care of some of the administrative tasks as our season starts.

We'll be handing out t-shirts this week. Players should wear these each week going forward. Please also remember to bring non-marking running shoes, a water bottle, your basketball and shorts. Please try to refrain from wearing baseball caps or jewelery as these may impair the ability to play safely.

Families are welcome to stay and watch on the gym stage but please note the rest of the school is off limits and please remember to take any garbage or belongings with you when you leave. We appreciate your help keeping the gym clean and tidy.

This Wednesday, April 1st there will be a game with Tillsonburg's Special Olympics team at Westfield at 6:15pm. Players in grades 7 - 12 are invited to join to play if any athletes are available. High school students are welcome to bring their forms for volunteer hours if participating. If you'd like more information or are interested in joining, please let us know!
