Your profit percentage isn't a number you should find out at the end of the year from your accountant.

It’s a number you should keep a finger on the pulse of all the way through the year.

Cash flow should always be your number one focus and priority, but you can't properly manage your cash flow if you don't have a finger on the pulse of profit all the way through the year.
