Customer Care Representative (Work From Home – Nepal)

Paywad Tax & Accounting and Paywad Travels are seeking a dedicated, customer-focused, and motivated Customer Care Representative to join our growing team. This is a remote (work-from-home) position based in Nepal, offering an excellent opportunity to work with a Canadian company and build a long-term career.
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, committed to providing excellent customer service, and interested in growing with our organization. Selected candidates will receive training, ongoing support, and access to required job-related courses.
Job Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
* Assist clients with tax, accounting, bookkeeping, travel, and airline ticketing-related inquiries.
* Schedule appointments and maintain client records.
* Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
* Support administrative and customer service operations.
* Assist with marketing and client communication activities.
* Maintain professional and timely communication with clients.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.
Preferred Qualifications
* Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or educational background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* Experience in customer service, accounting, bookkeeping, travel, tourism, or airline ticketing is highly preferred.
* Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
* Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
* Familiarity with ChatGPT, Canva, social media platforms, and other digital productivity tools is considered a strong asset.

Compensation
* Salary: NPR 25,000 – NPR 45,000 per month (based on qualifications, skills, and experience).
* Overtime pay during peak tax season (January to April).
