We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to fill a full-time position in our office. This role is ideal for someone with bookkeeping and accounting experience who enjoys helping clients and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

✔️ Bookkeeping for a variety of businesses
✔️ Processing payroll and payroll remittances
✔️ Preparing and filing GST/PST returns
✔️ Preparing personal and corporate tax returns
✔️ Assisting clients with accounting and tax-related questions
✔️ Maintaining accurate financial records

Qualifications:

✅ Experience with bookkeeping and accounting software
✅ Knowledge of payroll, GST/PST filings, and tax preparation
✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
✅ Professional communication and client service skills
