As many families wrapped up Spring Break and eased back into routine, our advisor team did the same over the last couple of weeks.

We are recharged and ready for the busy season ahead.

A huge thank-you to our amazing staff who kept the office running smoothly while some of us were away.

the Elite Business Accleration Forum hosted by Financial Horizons in Toronto last week.

From DLD Financial Group Ltd. - Dave Drummond, CFP®, Kelly Ho, CFP®, CCS™ and Ryan Stanimir CFP®💡 Financial Advisor attended and gathered some amazing takeaways we can't wait to further explore and imlement at our firm.

Highlights include keynote speaker The Right Honourable Stephen Harper sharing his insights on the state of the world where both Dave and Kelly had the opportunity to ask questions.

We also appreciated the opportunuty to catch up and share ideas with our MGA and carrier partners, colleagues from across the country and brushing up on planning ideas. We appreciated the breadth and depth of topics covered from tax, estate planning, insurance, investment strategies to AI and cybersecurity.

Definitely one of the best conferences we attended this year!

It was such an honour to once again, sponsor Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers BC's annual gala. Guests at our table literally said that this is one of the best galas they have attended!

Thank you to Lily Y. Zhang for organizing the gala and for doing such a wonderful job MC-ing the evening. Jennine Punzalan's President speech was inspiring and resonated with many people in the room. Lastly, Gigi Chen-Kuo's keynote speech was deeply personal and memorable.

This past weekend, DLD Financial Group Ltd. was proud to support and attend Peninsula Gives - a very meaningful organization and super fun event driven to continue efforts in bucking the fundraising trend where only as little as 30% of funds raised go to the actual cause benefiting BC Children's Hospital Foundation

In their inaugural year back in 2023, over 80% of its total funds raised ended up with the Oncology Research Department at BC Children's Hospital, Vancouver

It was such a neat concept - we found out the venue the day of the event. This year's theme was "The Oliver Club."

Each year, the funds raised are donated to different departments within BC Children's Hospital, Vancouver. We're already looking forward to next year's event!
