The latest Dollar Value Turnover in the Canadian venture markets has cooled over the last few months – approximately $12.7B worth of stock was traded in Q2, down from the recent peak of ~$20.4B in Q1. This was driven both by the inflation, rate, and oil price uncertainties due to the closure of the Strait of Hormuz as well as the metals rally moving into correction territory.
