Ready or not, it's May 31 - which means it's time to tidy up your bookkeeping.

At the end of every month, you should:

✏️Import all of your bank and credit card statements
✏️Match receipts with transactions
✏️Pay Invoices
✏️Follow-up on any outstanding monies owed to you
✏️Reconcile your accounts
✏️Transfer any savings (for taxes, etc) into the appropriate accounts

Taking of of this each month will keep your bookkeeping organized and make it easy for you to know the financial health of your business.
