If you’re in your 20s or 30s and you keep saying “I’m young, I’m fine”… I need you to hear this. ⚠️

Life doesn’t book appointments before it hits. One accident, illness, or unexpected time off can pause your paycheck fast — and rent, bills, groceries, and family responsibilities don’t pause with you. 😮‍💨💸

That’s why income protection isn’t “for old people.”
It’s for the young professional who’s building, grinding, and can’t afford a surprise setback. 🧑‍💻📈

Real talk: you insure your phone 📱, your car 🚗, maybe even your vacation…
but not the thing that pays for everything: your income. 🛡️

And here’s the part people ignore:
Coverage is usually cheaper and easier to qualify for in your 20s and 30s than waiting until life gets complicated. ✅

👉 DM me “COVERAGE” and I’ll help you understand your options (no pressure).

I used to treat my TFSA like a “good financial habit” just because I was maxing it out.

But let me ask you something — if you’re putting money into your TFSA while you have credit card debt and no emergency fund, what are you really doing?

You’re not building wealth… you’re just recycling money.
Saving ➝ emergency happens ➝ you pull it out ➝ debt stays ➝ repeat.

That was me.

Then I fixed the order:

✅ Emergency buffer first (so life stops bullying your savings)
✅ Debt plan next (so interest stops eating your progress)
✅ TFSA last — as the wealth tool it’s meant to be

And that’s when everything changed.
Now, every dollar I put into my TFSA actually stays invested long enough to grow — and the returns finally make sense.

If you want my simple “right order” plan, comment “TFSA” and I’ll send it.
And if this hit home, follow for more money talk that’s actually practical.

🚨 Tax filing gets it done. Tax planning gets you PAID.

Most people wait until tax season to “see what happens”… then they’re shocked when they owe the CRA.
But here’s the truth: tax bills are predictable when you plan ahead and refunds get bigger when you stop leaving money on the table.

In this video, we break down the real difference between tax filing vs tax planning, and why relying only on your employer’s deductions often means you’re missing key opportunities.

Because the CRA won’t automatically apply these for you — you have to claim them:
✅ RRSP contributions
✅ medical expenses
✅ tuition amounts
✅ eligible work expenses (and more)

If you want a larger refund (or to stop writing surprise cheques), the move is simple:
take control before filing season hits.

📩 DM “TAX” and I’ll share a quick checklist to help you start planning now.
