The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has launched a new webpage entitled Businesses operating in the trucking industry that brings together key tax information, tools, and services for businesses operating in the trucking industry.
You can now easily access information on:
• Reporting fees for services
• Personal services business rules
• Corporation income tax returns
• T4A slips and summaries
• GST/HST requirements
The page also features a multimedia gallery with educational products and outreach materials that you can use and share. Several resources are available in 10 additional languages, helping more trucking business operators access important tax information in the language they are most comfortable with.
Whether you operate a trucking business, provide trucking services through a corporation, or are an industry stakeholder, this new resource can help you stay informed and on top of your tax obligations.
