Yarmouth Creatives is an all inclusive Community Arts Centre sponsored by The Yarmouth Art &Craft Society & The Yarmouth Mall. Artists from Yarmouth, Shelburne & Digby Counties of all skill levels, mediums & backgrounds are welcome to join YAS & show/sell their work here. We have an Exhibit space for solo or group shows available for $75.00/show (currently shows run for 1 month)

A dedicated space

for workshops and meetings is also available for an affordable fee, please contact us for inquires or to book it. (space will be booked on a first come first served basis)

Arts Funding Information Sessions
Arts Nova Scotia and the Canada Council for the Arts are coming to communities across central and southwestern Nova Scotia from July 6 to 16, 2026.



Join us this summer to meet program officers and fellow artists and to take part in informal information sessions to learn more about available funding opportunities, ask questions about grants and connect directly with employees from both organizations.



Whether this is your first time connecting with the Canada Council and Arts Nova Scotia or you’re returning with new ideas, you are welcome to join us.



Information sessions will be presented primarily in English, with select bilingual* (English and French) sessions offered. Participants are welcome to ask questions in either language in any session. Space is limited, and advance registration is required. Click on the RSVP link to reserve your spot for the session(s) you wish to attend.

Every day at Yarmouth Creatives brings an opportunity to meet someone with a unique creative story to tell.

Our volunteers include painters, fibre artists, photographers, woodworkers, jewellery makers, sculptors, and creators of all kinds. Stop in, browse the shop, and take a moment to chat with the creative person on duty today.

You might learn about a new artistic technique, discover the inspiration behind a piece of artwork, or simply enjoy a friendly conversation with someone who loves creating.

We invite you to visit, explore, and experience the creativity that makes our community so special.

Join Dan Earle every Saturday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Creative Portal for a friendly, low-pressure art session.
