Did you know? Before a Swiss company can be incorporated, the share capital must be deposited into a blocked capital payment account.
The funds remain blocked only until the company is officially registered in the Swiss Commercial Registry. Once incorporated, they are released to the company's operational bank account and can be used for normal business activities.
