Requirements:

Experience in project management, with the ability to successfully plan, organize, and execute various tasks.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily operations.
Coordinate and lead the team of staff.
Maintain a close relationship with clients to understand their needs and provide quality service that exceeds their expectations.
Resolve problems and conflicts that may arise in property management.
Collaborate in developing plans and strategies to improve the efficiency and profitability of the properties.
Manage projects related to property acquisition, development, or improvement.
