Jede Reise wird erst dann bedeutungsvoll, wenn wir uns die Zeit nehmen, die Menschen, Traditionen und Geschichten hinter einem Ort wirklich zu verstehen.

Während unsere Expedition durch Nordvietnam weiterging, wurde uns bewusst, dass die größten Schätze oft hinter dem liegen, was man auf den ersten Blick sieht.

Jedes Gespräch, jede Landschaft und jede kulturelle Begegnung vertiefte unser Verständnis für das reiche Erbe und die zeitlosen Traditionen Vietnams.

Wir dokumentieren nicht einfach nur schöne Orte.

Wir möchten verstehen, wie Geschichte, Kultur und die Menschen vor Ort authentische Geschichten entstehen lassen, die es verdienen, mit der Welt geteilt zu werden.

BEYOND CONNECTIONS

From meetings to a connected ecosystem.

Over the course of a single day, our journey brought us to institutions from education, healthcare, vocational development, the food industry and public organizations across Hanoi.

What looked like a series of independent meetings was, in reality, something much bigger.

Each conversation became another bridge.

Each institution became another part of a growing ecosystem connecting people, knowledge, opportunities and international cooperation.

At the College of Commerce and Tourism of Hanoi, we explored future collaborations in education and international exchange.

At the Vietnam Civil–Military Medical Association, we discussed how healthcare, culture and international cooperation can work together.

Together with the Hanoi Center for Vocational Education and Women’s Development, we shared ideas on empowering future talents through education and creative industries.

We also explored new opportunities with representatives from Vietnam’s food industry, demonstrating how international cooperation can create long-term value not only for film and education, but also for businesses, products and sustainable trade between Vietnam and Europe.

The day concluded with discussions about expanding long-term partnerships that connect Vietnam and Europe beyond a single project.

Because our vision has never been limited to producing one film.

Beyond the Broken Bridge is becoming a platform where film, education, business, culture, innovation and international partnerships strengthen one another.

This is how sustainable ecosystems are built.

VƯỢT XA NHỮNG MỐI KẾT NỐI

Từ những cuộc gặp gỡ đến một hệ sinh thái kết nối.

Trong một ngày làm việc tại Hà Nội, hành trình của chúng tôi đã đưa chúng tôi đến với các tổ chức trong lĩnh vực giáo dục, y tế, đào tạo nghề, ngành thực phẩm và các tổ chức công.

Thoạt nhìn, đó chỉ là những cuộc gặp gỡ riêng lẻ.

Nhưng trên thực tế, tất cả đều là những mảnh ghép của một tầm nhìn lớn hơn.

Mỗi cuộc trò chuyện là một cây cầu mới.

Mỗi tổ chức trở thành một phần của hệ sinh thái đang dần kết nối con người, tri thức, cơ hội và sự hợp tác quốc tế.

Tại Trường Cao đẳng Thương mại và Du lịch Hà Nội, chúng tôi đã trao đổi về các cơ hội hợp tác trong lĩnh vực giáo dục và giao lưu quốc tế.

Tại Hội Y học Dân sự – Quân sự Việt Nam, chúng tôi cùng thảo luận về cách y tế, văn hóa và hợp tác quốc tế có thể đồng hành và hỗ trợ lẫn nhau.

Cùng với Trung tâm Giáo dục nghề nghiệp và Hỗ trợ Phát triển Phụ nữ Hà Nội, chúng tôi chia sẻ ý tưởng về việc phát triển thế hệ tài năng tương lai thông qua giáo dục và các ngành công nghiệp sáng tạo.

Chúng tôi cũng trao đổi với đại diện ngành thực phẩm Việt Nam, nhằm tìm kiếm những cơ hội hợp tác quốc tế, tạo ra giá trị lâu dài không chỉ cho điện ảnh và giáo dục mà còn cho doanh nghiệp, sản phẩm và thương mại bền vững giữa Việt Nam và châu Âu.

Khép lại một ngày làm việc là những cuộc trao đổi về việc mở rộng các mối quan hệ hợp tác dài hạn giữa Việt Nam và châu Âu, vượt xa khuôn khổ của một dự án đơn lẻ.

Bởi tầm nhìn của chúng tôi chưa bao giờ chỉ dừng lại ở việc sản xuất một bộ phim.

Beyond the Broken Bridge đang dần trở thành một nền tảng nơi điện ảnh, giáo dục, kinh doanh, văn hóa, đổi mới sáng tạo và hợp tác quốc tế cùng hỗ trợ và phát triển lẫn nhau.

Đó là cách một hệ sinh thái bền vững được hình thành.

Từng mối quan hệ.

Từng cây cầu.

MEHR ALS VERBINDUNGEN

Von einzelnen Treffen zu einem vernetzten Ökosystem.

Im Laufe eines einzigen Tages führte uns unsere Reise zu Institutionen aus den Bereichen Bildung, Gesundheitswesen, Berufsbildung, Lebensmittelwirtschaft und öffentlichen Organisationen in Hanoi.

Was zunächst wie eine Reihe einzelner Termine wirkte, war in Wirklichkeit Teil von etwas wesentlich Größerem.

Jedes Gespräch wurde zu einer weiteren Brücke.

Jede Institution wurde Teil eines wachsenden Ökosystems, das Menschen, Wissen, Chancen und internationale Zusammenarbeit miteinander verbindet.

Am College of Commerce and Tourism of Hanoi tauschten wir uns über zukünftige Kooperationen im Bereich Bildung und internationalen Austausch aus.

Mit der Vietnam Civil–Military Medical Association diskutierten wir darüber, wie Gesundheitswesen, Kultur und internationale Zusammenarbeit gemeinsam Mehrwert schaffen können.

Gemeinsam mit dem Hanoi Center for Vocational Education and Women’s Development entwickelten wir Ideen, wie zukünftige Talente durch Bildung und die Kreativwirtschaft gefördert werden können.

Darüber hinaus führten wir Gespräche mit Vertretern der vietnamesischen Lebensmittelwirtschaft, um neue Möglichkeiten der internationalen Zusammenarbeit zu schaffen, die nicht nur Film und Bildung, sondern auch Unternehmen, Produkte und einen nachhaltigen Handel zwischen Vietnam und Europa stärken.

Den Abschluss des Tages bildeten Gespräche über den Ausbau langfristiger Partnerschaften, die Vietnam und Europa weit über ein einzelnes Projekt hinaus miteinander verbinden.

Denn unsere Vision war niemals darauf beschränkt, nur einen Film zu produzieren.

Beyond the Broken Bridge entwickelt sich zu einer Plattform, auf der Film, Bildung, Wirtschaft, Kultur, Innovation und internationale Partnerschaften sich gegenseitig stärken.

So entstehen nachhaltige Ökosysteme.

Eine Beziehung nach der anderen.

Khám phá những nơi mà câu chuyện bắt đầu.

Mỗi vùng đất đều có một câu chuyện.

Nhưng tiềm năng thật sự của nơi ấy chỉ được khám phá bởi những ai sẵn sàng nhìn xa hơn những gì hiện hữu trước mắt.

Hành trình của chúng tôi đã đưa chúng tôi đến những nơi mà thiên nhiên hùng vĩ, di sản văn hóa và lịch sử hàng trăm năm cùng tồn tại trong một sự hài hòa tuyệt đẹp.

Chương này không nhằm tiết lộ những địa điểm cụ thể.

Mà là hành trình khám phá những câu chuyện, những giá trị văn hóa và những truyền thống đã tạo nên bản sắc rất riêng của Việt Nam.

Unsere Reise führte uns zu Orten, an denen atemberaubende Landschaften, kulturelles Erbe und jahrhundertealte Geschichte in bemerkenswerter Harmonie miteinander verschmelzen.

Dieses Kapitel soll keine Orte verraten.

Es geht darum, die Geschichten, Traditionen und kulturellen Werte zu entdecken, die Vietnam so einzigartig machen.

Denn Kultur wird erst dann zu lebendigem Erbe, wenn sie mit Geschichten verbunden wird, die Menschen auf der ganzen Welt erleben können.

Dạo gần đây, Angie nhận ra mình có một thói quen mỗi khi đặt chân đến một nơi mới.

Trước đây, Angie thường tìm xem đâu là địa điểm nổi tiếng nhất, quán cà phê đẹp nhất hay góc nào mọi người hay chụp ảnh nhất. Nhưng bây giờ, điều Angie thích làm lại đơn giản hơn rất nhiều. Angie chỉ tìm một chiếc ghế ở công viên, một góc nhỏ bên cửa sổ của quán cà phê, hay một băng ghế gần quảng trường rồi ngồi yên ở đó một lúc.

Không để làm gì cả.

Chỉ để nhìn.

Để lắng nghe.

Để cảm nhận nhịp sống của nơi mình vừa đến.

Mỗi thành phố đều có một nhịp điệu rất riêng.

Có nơi, mọi người bước rất nhanh, như thể ai cũng đang cố gắng đuổi kịp thời gian.

Có nơi, mọi thứ chậm rãi hơn. Người ta sẵn sàng dừng lại để trò chuyện vài phút với người bán bánh, để ngắm một chú chó đang chạy trong công viên hay chỉ đơn giản là ngồi dưới bóng cây và đọc hết một chương sách.

Điều thú vị là càng quan sát, Angie càng cảm thấy mình hiểu một thành phố không phải qua những tòa nhà nổi tiếng hay những địa điểm được đánh dấu trên bản đồ.

Một thành phố được kể bằng những điều rất nhỏ.

Là tiếng chuông xe đạp vang lên trên con phố buổi sáng.

Là mùi cà phê thoang thoảng từ một quán nhỏ ở góc đường.

Là tiếng cười của những đứa trẻ trên quảng trường.

Là một người bán hoa kiên nhẫn sắp lại từng bó hoa trước khi có vị khách đầu tiên trong ngày.

Chính những điều rất bình dị ấy mới khiến một nơi trở nên có hồn.

Và rồi Angie chợt nghĩ, có lẽ con người cũng giống như một thành phố.

Điều khiến người khác nhớ đến mình hiếm khi là những điều mình cố gắng thể hiện.

Không phải mình nổi tiếng đến đâu.

Không phải mình thành công như thế nào.

Mà là cảm giác mình để lại sau mỗi lần gặp gỡ.

Là mình có biết lắng nghe hay không.

Có khiến người khác cảm thấy được tôn trọng hay không.

Có đủ chân thành trong những điều rất nhỏ hay không.

Có lẽ vì vậy mà càng đi nhiều, Angie càng không chỉ yêu những vùng đất mình đặt chân đến, mà còn yêu cách mỗi nơi âm thầm dạy mình nhìn cuộc sống chậm hơn một chút.

Để nhận ra rằng vẻ đẹp không phải lúc nào cũng nằm ở những điều nổi bật nhất.

Đôi khi, nó nằm trong những khoảnh khắc rất bình thường mà nếu mình không chịu dừng lại, mình sẽ vô tình đi ngang qua.

Và có lẽ, điều đẹp nhất mà một con người có thể để lại cũng không phải là những thành tựu thật lớn.

Mà là cảm giác bình yên mà người khác vẫn còn nhớ, rất lâu sau khi cuộc gặp gỡ ấy đã khép lại. 🤍

Lately, Angie has noticed that she has developed a small ritual whenever she arrives somewhere new.

There was a time when the first thing she would do was search for the city's most famous landmarks, the most beautiful cafés, or the places everyone seemed to recommend.

Now, she finds herself doing something much simpler.

She looks for a quiet bench in a park, a seat by the window of a small café, or a corner overlooking a busy square, and she simply sits there for a while.

Not to do anything in particular.

Just to watch.

To listen.

To quietly feel the rhythm of the place she has just arrived in.

Every city has its own heartbeat.

In some places, people walk quickly, as if they are racing against time.

In others, life moves more gently. People pause to chat with the owner of a neighborhood bakery, stop to watch a dog chasing a ball across the park, or spend an afternoon reading beneath the shade of a tree without feeling the need to hurry anywhere.

The more Angie observes, the more she realizes that a city isn't truly defined by its famous buildings or the places marked on a travel guide.

A city reveals itself through the little things.

The sound of bicycle bells on a quiet morning.

The aroma of fresh coffee drifting from a small café on the corner.

Children laughing as they run across a square.

A florist patiently arranging bouquets before the first customer arrives.

It is these ordinary moments that give a place its soul.

And somehow, that thought always reminds Angie of people.

Perhaps we are a lot like cities.

The things that make us unforgettable are rarely the things we try hardest to show the world.

Not our titles.

Not our achievements.

Not how successful we appear to be.

What people remember is how they felt in our presence.

Whether we truly listened.

Whether we made them feel respected.

Whether we showed kindness in the smallest moments, even when no one was watching.

The more Angie travels, the more she realizes that she isn't just falling in love with new places.

She is falling in love with the different ways they quietly teach her to slow down.

To notice what she would otherwise miss.

To understand that beauty isn't always found in the grand or the extraordinary.

More often, it lives in the ordinary moments that pass us by if we are moving too fast to see them.

And perhaps the most beautiful thing a person can leave behind isn't a remarkable achievement.

Perhaps it's the quiet sense of peace they leave in someone else's heart long after they've said goodbye. 🤍

Có một điều mà dạo gần đây Angie nghĩ đến khá nhiều.

Đó là có những con người chỉ xuất hiện trong cuộc đời mình vài phút, nhưng lại để lại một dấu ấn còn lâu hơn rất nhiều người đã đồng hành suốt nhiều năm.

Có lần, trên một chuyến bay, Angie ngồi cạnh một bác lớn tuổi. Chúng mình gần như không trò chuyện. Mỗi người đều có cuốn sách của riêng mình, thỉnh thoảng chỉ mỉm cười khi vô tình chạm ánh mắt. Đến lúc máy bay chuẩn bị hạ cánh, bác khép cuốn sách lại, quay sang và nói với Angie một câu rất nhẹ: "Đừng lúc nào cũng vội vàng. Có những điều chỉ khi đi chậm, mình mới nhìn thấy."

Chỉ vậy thôi.

Không hỏi tên.

Không biết bác đến từ đâu.

Cũng chẳng có cơ hội gặp lại.

Máy bay hạ cánh, mỗi người bước về một hướng khác nhau như hàng trăm hành khách vẫn làm mỗi ngày.

Nhưng điều kỳ lạ là Angie vẫn nhớ câu nói ấy cho đến tận bây giờ.

Không phải vì đó là một câu nói quá đặc biệt.

Mà vì đúng vào thời điểm ấy, Angie cần được nghe điều đó hơn bao giờ hết.

Cuộc sống đôi khi thật thú vị.

Có những người ở bên mình rất lâu nhưng chỉ lặng lẽ đi ngang qua cuộc đời.

Cũng có những người chỉ xuất hiện trong một khoảnh khắc rất ngắn, lại vô tình để lại một điều khiến mình mang theo suốt nhiều năm sau.

Từ đó, Angie bắt đầu trân trọng hơn những cuộc gặp gỡ tưởng như rất bình thường.

Một cuộc trò chuyện ngắn khi xếp hàng.

Một lời hỏi thăm từ một người hoàn toàn xa lạ.

Một nụ cười giữa lúc ai đó đang có một ngày không mấy dễ dàng.

Mình sẽ không bao giờ biết điều nhỏ bé mình dành cho người khác hôm nay sẽ ở lại trong trái tim họ bao lâu.

Biết đâu một lời động viên mình nói rất tự nhiên lại trở thành điều giúp ai đó mạnh mẽ hơn.

Biết đâu một sự tử tế rất nhỏ lại là ký ức đẹp mà họ vẫn nhớ nhiều năm sau.

Nghĩ như vậy, Angie thấy mình muốn hiện diện trọn vẹn hơn trong mỗi cuộc gặp, dù chỉ là vài phút ngắn ngủi.

Không phải để được nhớ đến.

Mà để nếu vô tình mình có thể mang lại cho ai đó một chút ấm áp, thì cuộc gặp gỡ ấy đã đủ ý nghĩa rồi.

Có lẽ sau tất cả, điều khiến chúng ta nhớ về một con người không phải là họ đã ở lại bao lâu trong cuộc đời mình.

Mà là cảm giác bình yên, sự chân thành và lòng tử tế mà họ để lại sau khi rời đi.

Và có lẽ, đó cũng là điều Angie hy vọng mình sẽ luôn mang theo trên mọi hành trình phía trước. 🤍

There's something Angie has been thinking about quite often lately.

Some people stay in our lives for years, while others cross our path for only a few minutes. Yet somehow, it's often the briefest encounters that leave the deepest impression.

On one flight, Angie happened to be seated next to an elderly gentleman. We barely spoke. Each of us was quietly immersed in our own book, exchanging nothing more than an occasional smile whenever our eyes met.

As the plane began its descent, he gently closed his book, turned to Angie, and said, "Don't rush through life all the time. There are things you can only see when you slow down."

That was all.

We never exchanged names.

Angie never learned where he was from.

And after we landed, we simply walked in different directions, just like hundreds of other passengers do every day.

Yet somehow, Angie still remembers those words.

Not because they were extraordinary.

But because they arrived at exactly the moment she needed to hear them.

Life has a beautiful way of working like that.

Some people stay beside us for years without ever changing us.

Others appear for only a fleeting moment and quietly leave behind something we carry with us for a lifetime.

Since then, Angie has learned to treasure the encounters that seem ordinary.

A short conversation while waiting in line.

A simple greeting from a stranger.

A warm smile offered to someone who may be having a difficult day.

We never really know how long a small act of kindness might stay in another person's heart.

Perhaps a few encouraging words we say without much thought become the reason someone finds the strength to keep going.

Perhaps a simple gesture of kindness becomes a memory they will still carry years later.

Thinking this way has made Angie want to be more present in every encounter, no matter how brief it may be.

Not because she hopes to be remembered.

But because if she can leave someone with even a small sense of warmth, then perhaps that moment was meaningful enough.

In the end, what makes us remember someone isn't how long they stayed in our lives.

It's the feeling they left behind after they were gone.

And perhaps that is one of the most beautiful gifts we can offer each other as we continue our own journeys. 🤍
