الدكتور/ جمال بشندي - شريك المراجعة PKF Egypt يعقد دورة تدريبية لمعيار التقرير المالي الدولي IFRS 17 (عقود التأمين) لشركة مصر للتأمين، ياتي ذلك في إطار تعيين المكتب لتنفيذ البرنامج التدريبي، وذلك ضمن الجهود المبذوله لتعزيز الفهم والتطبيق العملي للمعايير الدولية للتقارير المالية.

وقد اختُتمت ورشة العمل بتوزيع شهادات تدريب على السادة المشاركين بالشركة.

Dr. Gamal Beshendy, Audit Partner at PKF Egypt, conducted an IFRS 17 (Insurance Contracts) training program for Misr Insurance Company, as part of the firm’s engagement to deliver the program, aimed at enhancing the practical application of International Financial Reporting Standards.

The workshop concluded with the distribution of training certificates to the participants.

On the occasion of the financial year-end and the start of the inventory season, a workshop was held on Observation of Inventory, Fixed Assets, and Cash Count Committees' Work.

The session was delivered by Dr. Gamal Beshendi – Audit Partner at PKF Egypt and a member of the Standards Committee of the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors.

This workshop comes as part of our commitment to enhancing the efficiency of our teams and ensuring high-quality ex*****on of inventory procedures in line with professional best practices.

We Are Hiring | Company Incorporation Specialist

We are seeking a Company Incorporation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in corporate incorporation procedures in Egypt and dealing with governmental authorities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle company incorporation procedures for LLCs, JSCs, branches, and representative offices
• Liaise with GAFI and other governmental authorities
• Prepare and review incorporation documents, articles of association, and related legal paperwork
• Complete post-incorporation registrations (commercial register, tax card, VAT, etc.)
• Follow up on amendments, renewals, and corporate changes

Requirements:
• Proven experience in company incorporation in Egypt from 2 to 5 years.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Companies Law and GAFI procedures
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple files
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal
