We're Hiring: Senior Sales Engineers
Big leading company in Saudi Arabia is expanding its commercial team and looking for experienced Sales Engineers to drive growth across four specialized product lines:
🪵 Wooden Works — doors, joinery, and custom carpentry
🪟 Aluminum — façades, glazing systems, and architectural aluminum
🏗️ Steel Structures — pre-engineered buildings and structural steel (Civil Engineer)
✨ Steel Decoration — decorative and architectural metalwork
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of sales engineering experience in the relevant field
- Strong technical background in construction, fit-out, or manufacturing
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to read technical drawings and prepare commercial proposals
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Driving license required
- Bachelor degree in Architecture or relevant field
What you'll do:
- Develop and manage client relationships across the assigned product category
- Prepare technical and commercial offers, quotations, and tenders
- Coordinate between clients, design, procurement, and production teams
- Identify new business opportunities and grow the project pipeline
