If you want your business to survive Hacienda, you need to nail these 3 bookkeeping rules:

🏦 1. Total Separation: Never mix personal and business money. You need a dedicated account to protect your cash flow.
🧾 2. Bank Charges Don't Count: To claim your IVA, a bank line item means nothing. You need a full, official factura.
💻 3. The €300 Trap: Buying expensive hardware or gear? If it’s over €300, you can’t deduct it all at once—it legally must be depreciated over time!

Stop paying for your own work lunches! 🛑🍽️

As an autónomo, you CAN deduct your meals, but Hacienda will reject your expense if you miss these 3 rules:

📍 Location: It must be outside your base municipality (e.g., if you are based in Altea, eating in Altea doesn't count).
🧾 The Paperwork: A standard receipt is trash. You MUST get a full factura with your NIF.
💳 The Payment: NO CASH. You must pay via card or Bizum.
