IAM India was founded by students from IESEG School of Management (Lille/ Paris) in 2012. Since then, the organisation has developed and has professionalised its profile and has expanded the range of professional services students from bachelor and master degrees offer on a pro bono basis to young start-ups in India. IAM India's services comprise:

5. Internship recruitment, cross-cultural coaching, continuous support abroad during internship. In total 7 students work on a part time basis on this project, investing more than 15-20 hours per week with the objective to enhance and develop new business structures on the Indian sub-continent. Our team members have a wide range of different professional backgrounds, coming from the world's leading consulting and audit firms and having already worked in major retailing and manufacturing companies. Besides personal experience in their respective field, our talent is complemented by significant support from Professors of Entrepreneurship from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht (Germany) and IESEG School of Management (France). Our current main Partner is KABANI Community Tourism & Services Pvt. in Calicut, Kerala (India). Kabani is a long-term project IAM India is consulting and supporting for a duration of 3 years until 2016. IAM India also recruits Interns in Europe to send abroad to our partner entities. We conduct recruitment, train our chosen Interns and provide professional guidance when in India through coachings and project support during the internship. Internships can be 3 or 6 months and are recognised as a Master Internship in the French higher education system.
