🖇 OFFICES AVAILABLE TO LET 🖇

We have not one but TWO much sought after offices at Gander Down Barns near Alresford ready for their new tenants!

🌿 First up is Elm - a 2-3 person office, although it would also suit a single person who may need space for a private meeting table or space for additional comfortable seating.
The room has been used by an array of businesses prior to now from accountants, photographers, therapists and IT consultants. It can be used in a variety of ways. Elm is available immediately.

🌿 We then have Ash - this is also a 2-3 person office and is a lovely light and airy space with sisal floor covering. Its current occupants bring in their dog and we are more than happy for new tenants to do the same. Ash will be available from 1st June. It also has a very handy ramp down into the office allowing for easy access.

All of our offices are inclusive of super high speed broadband, local Moon Roast coffee and fresh, delicious cake from our local farm shop.

Not sure I'm a runner friend but very pleased to be sponsoring this event once again this year. The run supports amazing local charities, the countryside is stunning and fab bacon rolls and cakes to reward yourself with at the finish. What's not to love! See you on the finish line!

Gosh - it’s been a while since we last posted.

Not much has changed with us except the beautiful surroundings of the ever changing countryside. Bluebells, canola and crops starting to emerge.
Everything seems earlier this year but we CANNOT WAIT for the summer sun to finally arrive and stay for more than a few days!

Our Oak office is available again to let and it’s a stunning room. Filled with beautiful sun light, it’s light and airy and looking for its next tenant! If you’re looking for a wonderful new office space, get in touch and we will find you the perfect match!
