Our independent gym equipment supplier client had seen strong sales growth, with more orders coming in from commercial customers. But despite rising revenue, cash flow still felt tight. Large stock purchases, delayed payments, shipping costs, and supplier pricing made it difficult to see which product ranges were genuinely driving profit.

By introducing clearer reporting across sales, cost of goods, delivery expenses, and cash flow, we helped the business identify where margins were strongest and where pressure was building. With improved pricing, better supplier terms, and smarter stock planning, the result was healthier cash flow, clearer visibility, and more confidence in focusing on the sales that actually worked.

Our independent IT support client had grown rapidly, with recurring contracts bringing in steady income. But despite being consistently busy, it wasn’t clear how time spent on each client was impacting overall profitability. Some clients required frequent support while others ran smoothly, yet there was no clear visibility over which relationships were truly adding value.

By introducing reporting that linked income to time and service type, we helped uncover which contracts delivered strong margins and which were more resource-heavy than expected. With clearer pricing, refined service agreements, and regular performance tracking in place, the business improved efficiency, strengthened margins, and gained a much clearer understanding of where their time, and profit, was really going.
