Lisa initially worked in the banking sector and during her time working for the retail network she held various management positions managing both high street branches & specialised teams from debt management to mortgage teams. In 2003, Lisa started her own business offering book keeping, payroll & general consultancy services. Her company now has a substantial client base spanning many industries
and varied business sectors. The focus has always been on the client, their business, their needs and their own skills; working in such a way that these can be fully understood in order to deliver a personal service to ensure that support and guidance is given where needed, thus empowering clients to take full control of their business’ financial management
In 2009, Spot-Less Professional Valeting Services was established by Allan Phipps. Lisa is responsible for all the finance & marketing functions of the company. The company has become extremely successful locally. In July 2012, the company was awarded STEM at silver level by South East Business Carbon Hub for their environmental management programme along with the Banbury Women in Business, Green Business Award in the same year. As well as supporting clients on a regular basis, Lisa has worked on numerous projects for various businesses and industries over the years ranging from financial appraisal to franchising as well as supporting others with projects such as Start Up Britain campaign and she also qualified as an IOEE enterprise mentor in July 2012. Lisa has been a member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers since 2008 and was elected as a Fellow member in 2017. As well as working to high standards of bookkeeping herself, Lisa also strives to offer guidance and support to other bookkeepers as well as across the wider local economy
Lisa is a certified adviser for Quickbooks (Advanced) Free-agent, Sage (Advanced), Xero and AutoEntry
Lisa and her husband have been residential landlords since 2016 and members of the National Residential Landlords Association and an RLAAS Accredited Landlord
