We have an exciting opportunity to join our Benefits Team at South Yorkshire Pensions Authority; a well-respected, award-winning organisation managing a £10 billion pension fund.
What you’ll do:
✔️ Deliver a high‑quality, customer‑focused pensions administration service to scheme members, dependants, employers and external stakeholders
✔️ Ensure commitments under service charters are met
✔️ Fulfil statutory obligations by providing accurate and timely information to members
✔️ Support the Customer Centre as part of a rota
✔️ Handle customer enquiries directly and professionally
✔️ Provide responsive, front‑line support to customers
✔️ Contribute to maintaining high service standards within the pensions administration team
