As a business you could describe us as a boutique but what does this mean. As far as we are concerned it means providing a highly personalised service. Mega businesses can be great and we use them too, but personal and even corporate financial advice we feel is best delivered by leaving no stone untu
rned. We like to think therefore that our Clients feel that they have not just been treated as special, but their position has been improved with great satisfaction. Fundamentally, we take the ‘active advice’ label to the extreme. We deal with wealth and pride ourselves on making individuals and companies grow that further, why else would you employ an adviser? So, through active positioning we utilise investments from funds through to direct equities to deliver results. We use active and passive investments, often alongside each other and constantly listen not just to Fund Managers, commentators and CEO’s but perhaps most importantly we listen to you. We are Independent, we have no panels, no partnerships. Of course we have favourites, these may be the companies that deliver the best product propositions, possibly the best service or even prices. But in the end the rule of Independence prevails, if a product is involved (and it need not be) we match the product to our Client, no square pegs wedged into round holes. In summary 'about us' is more 'about you', because without you there is no us, but fortunately there are many clients that support the business and have helped us achieve where we are today. The model today is different to 2008, certainly in regulatory terms, but despite re-basing the business to cope with change, we treat people with the same respect and deliver an equally dependable service as we did then.
