1. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Registered Manager role is responsible for the operational day-to-day management of the supported living and accommodation service ensuring HBBA Care Ltd’s continued compliance with relevant legislation. Working in partnership with the senior management team, the role will ensure the provision of a high-quality service enabling service user needs and organisational priorities to be met in accordance with available resources. The registered manager will be responsible for taking on extra contracts and care and support packages and have a key focus on operational delivery of service to clients and service users.
