This is a full-time job based in Birtley

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our busy accounts team to support our accountants with data entry.
Full training will be provided.

Duties Include
• Entering data into several systems including Microsoft Excel.
• General administration tasks

Starting Salary
Dependant on experience

Working hours
37.5 hours per week 9am to 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch

Holidays
29 Days + Christmas shutdown

We are looking for a Payroll Administrator

This is a full time position based in Birtley (DH3)

Duties Include
• Start to end payroll processing for all pay frequencies.
• Accurate inputting of payroll data i.e. new starters and pay changes
• Confidently dealing with clients face to face and over the telephone
• Communicating with HM Revenue & Customs
• Ensure all deadlines are met
• Able to understand payroll year end/RTI submissions and P60’s
• Input and submit auto-enrolment pension data onto third party pension software
• Competent with the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)
• Reconciliation of data
• General Administration tasks
Skills and Experience
• Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail
• Experience in Brightpay would be preferrable but not essential

Details
Starting Salary - Dependant on experience
Working hours - 37.5 hours per week 9am to 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch
Holidays - 32 Days
