What an incredible evening at the Leicestershire & Rutland County FA Recognition Awards 2026. ⚽️🏆

It was a pleasure to celebrate alongside more than 400 guests at Athena, recognising the volunteers, coaches, referees, clubs, leagues and individuals who make such a positive impact through football across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

It was a privilege to attend the New Referees Celebration Evening at King Power Stadium last night.

It was fantastic to see such a diverse group of people taking on the challenge of becoming referees and successfully completing their courses. The passion, commitment, and willingness to step into such an important role within the game was truly inspiring.

I’m looking forward to supporting and celebrating in the future.
