Handover Friday! This week our northern team handed over the transformation of Level 9 in City Tower, . Our team was appointed to carry out full strip-out works followed by the introduction of new service corridors with plank ceilings for easy maintenance access, high acoustic partitions installed between classrooms, refurbishing WCs to match other floors, new small power and energy efficient lighting to all areas, new office carpet, new tea point fitted as well as décor throughout.

During our time on site, we also completed the and installation of a plant to suit 180 people, including forming two new at each end of the 9th floor.

The works were completed on time and on budget. Well done to our northern division for all your and determination!

Inside’s Northern team are proud to have been appointed by Quartz Project Services on behalf of Empiric Student Property plc to complete an exciting new in Leeds. The works involve transforming a vacant under-croft car park into tenant amenities introducing a new gym, entertainment area, study rooms and laundry suite for the building’s occupants.

Check out our latest ! Our northern division was recently appointed by Apply Recruitment to carry out a light at their office in . The works involved a minor strip out to an open plan layout followed by new decorations, and soft furnishing for the tenants.

The minor works were carried out in just 1 week! to the delivery team for the speedy turnaround.
