☀️ Stay safe this Summer ☀️

The temperature is still warm and the UV exposure is still high!
July is UV Safety Awareness Month. Which raises awareness about the danger of ultraviolet (UV) radiation and to promote habits to keep our skin safe.

UV exposure can lead to sun burn, premature ageing and skin cancer.

Make sure you follow the Sun Safety Checklist

✅ Apply SPF 30+ sunscreen

😎 Wear UV protective sunglasses

👒 Wear a wide brimmed hat

👕 Cover up with lightweight clothing

💧 Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated

🔷🔷Free AAT Webinar Accruals and prepayments for FAPS and DAIF students tonight 14 July at 7pm🔷🔷

It’s Caroline's turn this week to be running a free FAPS and DAIF webinar, on accruals and prepayments. If you are studying these units this will be a great opportunity to brush up on this area in preparation for your exam.

The webinar will look at the theory behind the adjustments, and how to attempt questions on this tricky area for your exams.

Tutor top tip! 👨‍💻✨

Create a Consistent Study Routine. 😎

Studying for 30–60 minutes, 4–5 times per week is usually more effective than one long study session at the weekend.
Try:
• Setting fixed study times
• Breaking topics into small chunks
• Using flashcards for key accounting terms and formulas

Tip: Schedule your revision like an appointment that cannot be missed 😁
