On Friday, some of our team finished a little earlier than usual and swapped screens for steps, fresh air and good company. We shared plenty of conversations, a few laughs, and even an umbrella or two when the weather took an unexpected turn.

It was a simple reminder that some of the best moments happen when we step away from our desks and make time to connect with each other.

This week Amy, Rosie, Laura and Sam were proud to join Kay Price and her team in supporting the SJP Foundation at the North West Panathlon Primary School Finals which celebrates young people with disabilities and special educational needs through sport.

It’s always rewarding to see the impact the Foundation has within our local community, and a great opportunity to catch up with fellow SJP colleagues while supporting such a worthwhile cause.

To celebrate World Baking Day on Sunday 17 May, the back office team got stuck into our 3rd Great Practice Bake Off and what a spread it was. So many incredible treats!

After a secret vote, we had a new Star Baker crowned… Amy took the title and knocked our two-time champion Ted off the top spot.

Massive well done to everyone who got involved and thank you for keeping our bellies (and spirits) full.
