Q: How much income from one source is too much for a charity?**

Around 30–50% of income coming from one source can be a warning sign, but there isn't a single figure that works for every charity.

Your structure, reserves and tolerance to risk all matter.

Trustees should understand how reliant the charity is on each source of income and consider what would happen if a major source disappeared.

Today is World Values Day, and this year's theme is Values and Volunteering.

AI can be incredibly useful for charities, particularly when teams are stretched and looking for ways to save time.

But information produced quickly still needs to be checked carefully.

Whether AI is helping with a policy, report, funding application, research or communications, charities need clear processes for reviewing information and approving what is ultimately used.

The technology might help create the work, but people remain responsible for its accuracy.

Tomorrow is World Mental Health Day.

It's an opportunity to talk about mental health, listen to people's experiences and recognise the importance of being able to access the right support when it's needed.

This year, Mind's See Me Now campaign is highlighting the experiences of people who ask for help but face long waits or don't feel heard, and is calling for a future where people can access support from the day they ask for it.
