Who does the British Industrial Competitiveness Scheme (BICS) actually apply to?

The short answer: manufacturers.

But it’s not just the traditional heavy industries you might associate with the existing EII scheme. BICS is expected to cover a much wider range of manufacturing sectors, including automotive, aerospace, defence, pharmaceuticals and electronics, amongst others.
