It’s fantastic to see our support making a real difference at

Funding from our Community Foundation has helped the Sea Cadets purchase new boating equipment, giving young people the chance to get out on the water, learn new skills and build confidence.

The support is particularly meaningful as a tribute to Andy Searles, who was a much-loved supporter of the Newbury Sea Cadets. Knowing that his memory will live on through experiences that give young people the opportunity to learn, grow and make their own memories is a fitting legacy.

We recently supported Cherry Tree Nursery with a new gazebo, helping them to create a more visible presence at their community events.

The gazebo has already been put to good use at their Plant Sale and Autumn Fayre, which was their most successful yet, raising an incredible £18,000 for the charity. 💚🌱
