Companies House Fees

We just wanted to make you aware that Companies House are increasing their fees from 1st February 2026 – this is a further increase following the increases back in May 2024.

The main one that will affect most clients is the confirmation statement which has increased to £50 up from £34 (all Limited companies are required to complete this annually and we complete and charge on this fee to most clients)

From 1 February 2026, some of our fees will be changing.

Income tax thresholds frozen till 2030/31 The personal allowance and all major income-tax thresholds stay frozen for another three years, meaning more people will drift into higher tax bands.

Tax on savings, dividends and property income rising From 2026/27, tax rates on savings income, dividends and rental profits rise by two percentage points (dividend additional rate unchanged).

ISA rules to tighten from April 2027 The ISA limit remains at £20,000, but under-65s will have to invest at least £8,000 of that in stocks and funds, not cash. Time for cash-heavy ISA savers to rethink how they allocate their funds.
