What’s happening?
1) Stacey stepping back from the business
2) Emma repositioning the business from Sesame to Lyndhurst
As you may already know Stacey welcomed her son, Benjamin, last year and has decided after much thought to step away from mortgage advising and work in an introducer role enabling her to spend more time with her family.
Since 2011 Stacey has worked closely with Emma and between them have developed a robust and efficient service to help you with your mortgage and insurance needs. This service will continue uninterrupted with Emma taking the lead going forward allowing Stacey to take a step back.
This internal change has also allowed us to give thought to the structure of the business and our partner for placing business and compliance which until now has been Sesame Limited. Many of our customers have expressed an interest in a wider range of financial services which we and Sesame are not currently able to provide.
Being able to work with a firm where we can introduce our customers to advisers who specialise in other areas of personal finance was important to us. We have had discussions with Lyndhurst Financial Management Limited the firm that Emma began her career and trained as a mortgage adviser.
Lyndhurst Financial Management Limited are independent financial advisers and can provide additional services such as pension planning, investments and wills.
From 30th November 2021, Sesame Limited will cease to be our mortgage network and from 1st December 2021, Emma will be working with Lyndhurst Financial Management Limited who are directly authorised with the FCA. You can contact her on the details below:-
