We're heading to the Yorkshire Dales this Saturday! 🐑

Sally will be out and about at the Wensleydale Agricultural Show at Leyburn Showground, for a full day of livestock, horticulture, handicrafts — and this year, even a dinosaur or two in the main ring!

It's one of the Dales' best-loved traditional agricultural shows, so if you're heading along, make sure to pop by and say hello to Sally at our stand.

What a night! 🌟 STARDUST at The Alnwick Garden was everything we hoped for and more.

Thank you to every single family who joined us and stayed long after the gates would usually close to enjoy the glitter bar, silent disco and duck race down the Sage Wealth Management Grand Cascade. Seeing the Garden so full of life after hours was really special.

Huge thanks to the amazing CAST. for another unforgettable performance, you brought so much magic to the evening.

Thank you as well to our brilliant Glitter Bar crew from Not Just a Pretty face and The Face Paint Saint, and our bubbleologist, who kept smiles on faces (quite literally!) all evening long.

We're still counting up the total raised for charity - more to come soon, so watch this space!

As we near the end of another week, the start of the school summer holidays is getting closer and closer. If your children are anything like ours, there's a strong chance the words "can I have..." are about to become the soundtrack to your life!

When it comes to snacks, we've usually got that request sorted, but spending money, or pocket money can be a little trickier.

Here's a simple idea that helps to teach children more about money, without the need for an app or prepaid debit card.

Before the holidays start, give each child their summer budget in cash, and together, split it across labelled jars:

🏖️ Days out — for treats, gift shops, rides
🍦 Treats — ice creams, sweets, the small stuff
⭐ Saving — for something they actually want by the end of the holidays

The rule...when the jar is empty, it's empty. No bank of Mum & Dad to the rescue!

What happens next is the interesting part. They start making real decisions, like, is the gift shop fridge magnet worth it, and without realising it, they're engaging in real-life money lessons.

The jars don't need to be fancy, as old jam jars and a bit of masking tape work perfectly.

We're delighted that VED1 payments will continue through Capital Grants funding.

Don't miss out - when it opens in July the application window is expected to be short, and funding is limited. Once the money is gone, it's gone!

To help farmers make the most of this opportunity, we've created A Farmer’s Guide to VED1 Educational Access Grants, available next week.

VED1 payments enable farmers to open their farms for hands-on school visits, directly supporting children in their confidence, curiosity and connection to the land that sustains us all.
