This week, we're celebrating Emma Crinks, who's reached her 6-year anniversary at Jones & Co 💙

As a Paraplanner, Emma works behind the scenes with our advisers, making sure all the details are covered and our clients' financial plans are tailored to their goals and future plans.

Her attention to detail and care help make sure our clients can feel confident about the plans we put in place.

Outside of work ✈️🎶
Emma loves exploring new places, catching live music at gigs and festivals, and spending time with friends and family. She's also always keen to learn something new and develop her skills.

With a degree in Banking and Finance and experience across both mortgage advice and estate agency, Anya understands the home-buying journey from start to finish.

This week we're introducing Laura, part of our Client Services Team at Jones & Co.

With over 15 years' experience in financial services, Laura is often one of the first friendly faces our clients meet. She takes pride in delivering a great client experience and ensuring everyone feels welcomed, supported and well looked after.

Laura can assist with areas including:

• Client support and queries
• Service and review coordination
• Financial planning administration
• Ongoing client care

She is known for her calm, approachable nature and commitment to making every client journey as smooth as possible.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband, Rob, and their two sons. She also loves keeping active and walking their two dogs, Hobbs and Woody 🐾
