You know it’s almost Christmas when Jenny returns from a customer doing her very best Wise Man impression!

We are open throughout the holidays with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. However, we have lots of staff on holiday at different times so if you need us, email will be the most reliable way to get touch.

Have a very merry Christmas from everyone at Natural Numbers 💚

It's so easy to feel overwhelmed by jargon, rules and bureaucracy. When it gets too much you need someone to fight your corner so you can be sure you're in the best possible position with your finances. We may not be Lionesses but we're ninjas when it comes to numbers 🥷

You may have noticed that it's a little warm at the moment...! 🥵 If you've been to our office you'll know that we don't have air conditioning and it can be a bit uncomfortable upstairs when the temperature gets high. When this happens we often have staff come in very early and leave early, so the office may not be manned during our normal opening hours. If you are hoping to speak to someone please call ahead before making a trip to ensure we are here, and if you call but no one answers then please do leave us an answerphone message so we can get back to you as soon as possible.

It took 1 hour and 8 minutes for Jenny to get through to a human at HMRC this morning. We suggested keeping a scoreboard for time on hold as this isn’t overly unusual but for some reason she wasn’t keen to play…!

So instead we’ll play “how many minutes do you think she spent speaking to someone when she finally got through?”!

We had a happy office this morning when we had a visit from these 2! Kathryn had baby Hugo on 19th May and we enjoyed some lovely cuddles when they visited the office this morning. Congratulations to Kathryn, Matt and Rupert on the arrival of Hugo ❤️
