** WE ARE RECRUITING **

Due to continued expansion within our practice, we are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our team. The role would suit an individual who thrives on a varied workload and enjoys working as part of a small, dynamic team.

Roles and Responsibilities

You will provide general bookkeeping services to a range of clients across a variety of industries including:
* Maintaining purchase invoices and processing payments
* Maintaining sales invoices and recording receipts
* Reconciling bank statements
* Processing multi-currency transactions
* Completing VAT returns
* Reconciling petty cash transactions
* Reconciling credit card transactions
* Communicating with clients and dealing with queries
* Other ad hoc duties as and when required

Requirements

* A minimum of 2 years bookkeeping experience
* A recognised bookkeeping qualification (eg AAT or equivalent) would be advantageous
* Confident user of Sage, Quickbooks and Xero
* Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
* Strong IT literacy
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* The role combines office-based work in our Chipping Sodbury offices with regular visits to client premises
* A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required for client visits

Additional Information

* Part time - approx. 20 hours per week. Days can be mutually agreed.
* Flexible working options

* Paid holiday entitlement
