This morning we had “GPFS-FEST” … a Practice Meeting that looked a lot like a festival may … just not in a field! 😉

Alyssia officially joined yesterday, and our Client Relationship Division!

She’s incredibly excited to dive into her new role and rock out her training, and we can’t wait to see where this new journey takes her!

Happy Bank Holiday Monday and what a start to a brand new week … the sun is shining! 🙌🏻

We’ve had lots of lovely people join our corner of the online world the last few weeks so wanted to share a little of who we are, for those of you that don’t already know, or those of you that just may have forgotten.

As it’s Dementia Awareness Week, we wanted to highlight the incredible work that Fore Get Me Not Golf are doing.

They are a charity dedicated to supporting those living with dementia so they can continue enjoying the sport they love. Through their dementia friendly golf sessions, they provide a welcoming and accessible environment for all. ⛳️

Our Director Simon is a big part of the Fore Get Me Not Golf Cafe at Heysham Golf Club, and has been for a while now with the number of wonderful humans involved increasing since it began.

The photo below is from one of the recent afternoons he spent there, after which the word he used to describe it was “enriched”. 🤩

💫She’s a FINALIST!💫

You may recall our very own Wonder Woman & Practice Manager Julie, was nominated for an award in the SheInspires- Celebrating Women Awards 2026!

We are absolutely DELIGHTED to share with you today that she has been named as one of ten finalists in the category of Women in Business: Independent Powerhouse, and we couldn’t be any prouder! 🤩

She certainly demonstrates resilience, innovation, and leadership and helps us to create an impact as a business that strives to make the world of financial planning as positive, fun, and stress free as possible!

We know she can’t wait to share more of not only what she does, but also what WE do, with the She Inpires Community as she moves through to the judging stage, and ultimately the Gala night in November when she’ll find out if she’s the winner!

So many incredible and highly talented women were nominated, and went on to accept their nomination with only 10 making it through as finalists for each category and the fact that it’s a local awards based organisation makes it even more special for us!
