👉🏻 Salary: £23,500 per annum + bonus with OTE of £30,000 – office-based working 5 days per week - full time.

👉🏻 The Role: Client Relationship Administrator
🔹 You will be tasked with superb levels of support to clients and the team.
🔹 You will deal with a wide variety of administrative tasks supporting your colleagues and clients of the Practice.
🔹 You will manage and collate key data for reports and portfolio reviews.
🔹 Dealing with enquiries and correspondence from clients and providers.
🔹 Managing the database of clients and diary management for the Partners and Advisers.
🔹 You will be processing new business and liaising with external admin teams.
🔹 Training will be given and there is scope within this role to progress and develop your knowledge within this exciting and fast paced environment.
👇🏻 The Person: to be considered for this role you will need:
✔️ Proven work experience as an Administrator or within an office support role. Financial Services experience is useful but not essential.
✔️ Excellent customer service and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships.
✔️ Strong attention to detail and be able to think on your feet.
✔️ Good time management and planning skills with the ability to multi-task.
✔️ Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office Programs.
✔️ It is essential that you are confident in dealing with colleagues, third parties and can work with total discretion.
✔️ Demonstrate a positive attitude and high level of care and integrity.
✔️ Openness to change with a creative approach to problem solving, focusing on positive solutions.
