📢 UK Budget 2025 – Key Changes That May Affect You
▪️ Tax thresholds frozen until 2031 – meaning more people pushed into higher tax bands over time
▪️ Dividend tax increases by 2% from April 2026
▪️ Savings & rental income tax rises by 2% from April 2027
▪️ Plant & machinery allowances changing – WDA cut to 14% and new 40% first-year allowance for assets that can’t use AIA
▪️ Minimum Wage increases from April 2026 across all age bands
▪️ Two-child benefit limit scrapped from April 2026
▪️ Unused pensions & death benefits to fall under IHT from April 2027
▪️ EV road-pricing introduced from 2028 (per-mile charge for electric & hybrid vehicles)
▪️ Cash ISA limit to rise to £12,000 from 2027/28 (overall £20,000 ISA cap unchanged)
▪️ Salary sacrifice pensions above £2,000 to be subject to NI from April 2029
▪️ Late corporation tax filing penalties doubled
