🏥 Integrated Neighbourhood Teams are reshaping NHS funding - and practices and PCNs need to be ready.

£292 million is moving from PCN-level payments into a new practice-level GP reimbursement scheme, with knock-on effects for partners' drawings and profit-sharing.

New multi-neighbourhood provider contracts are also on the way, bringing pooled budgets and complex VAT and governance considerations.
