10 years ago, we started a business.

We’re delighted to welcome Charlotte to the team at Dean Stevens Wealth Management.

Charlotte recently joined us with nearly two decades of experience in a leading FTSE 100 retail organisation, where she built an exceptional track record in client service, operational delivery and team support. Having held a number of managerial and client-facing roles, she brings a calm, organised and proactive approach that will be invaluable to both our clients and advisers.

As our PA and Administrator, Charlotte will play a central role in ensuring we continue to deliver the high standards of care and attention our clients expect. Her focus on detail, combined with her natural ability to build strong relationships, will help us enhance the overall client experience and support the continued growth of the firm.

This appointment reflects our ongoing commitment to investing in the right people, strengthening our team and ensuring we are well positioned to support more clients with the level of service they deserve.

Earlier this week, we mentioned that there was exciting news to share. We are now delighted to welcome Lee Dearden to Dean Stevens Wealth Management as a Chartered Wealth Manager and Financial Planner.

Lee brings more than 25 years of experience in Financial Services, having started his career on a Dollar/Yen trading desk in London before moving into Discretionary Investment Management with leading investment firms including Brewin Dolphin and Rowan Dartington. As a Chartered Wealth Manager and Chartered Fellow of the CISI, he adds significant experience and technical strength to our growing firm.

At Dean Stevens Wealth Management, we are passionate about building a business centred on long-term relationships, high-quality advice, and holistic financial planning. Lee’s experience and outlook are a natural fit for that approach.
