We're pleased to say that Andrew recently renewed his Statement of Professional Standing (SPS) for another year.

For financial advisers in the UK, this means completing a minimum of 35 hours of Continuing Professional Development each year, including at least 21 hours of structured learning.

That includes:

Structured learning such as seminars and webinars with a set agenda
Unstructured learning such as keeping up to date with industry news, regulatory changes and financial publications

It’s an important part of making sure advice stays current, accurate, and in line with the latest rules.

For clients, it’s simply reassurance that the advice you receive is based on up-to-date knowledge and ongoing professional standards.
