✅ 2 great networking events attended—the last Business Hive First Tuesday at Dudley Street and a brilliant The Business Network - South Humberside lunch at Pietro Restaurant

✅ 2 initial meetings with clients wanting help understanding everything from critical illness cover to inheritance tax

✅ 1 dog walk to nursery with Arthur 🐕 (this was the best bit of the week, even if I did have to carry his bike back)

✅ 1 amazing accelerator program session with The Business Hive Charlotte (Healing Manor) and Emma (AI Business Growth Academy) showed us how to use AI to help our businesses. I was genuinely amazed by what Charlotte's built at Healing Manor!

On wednesday evening I was very fortunate to be able to give a talk at the networking event at Chapman Rollits offices in Grimsby.

I'll be honest, doing a talk to 40+ people was a little outside of my comfort zone but I actually really enjoyed my self!

My biggest take away from the night confirmed a belief I already hold pretty strongly, that the fancy/technical/complex bits of financial planning mean very little if we don't get the foundations sorted first.
